The guy who worked here was extremely rude. He looked at me as if I was doing something wrong while i was walking around shopping. Then he found the pair of leggings I had been searching for and acted as if was such a hard task for him to do. When I went to exchange the leggings that were purchased for me the day before he told me I could not return them without the credit card. I went to make a separate purchase and he told me there was nothing on the gift card, I purchased the leggings and left. I later checked the card at another location and it had a large amount on it. He was rude, and had a very bad attitude.
Walked right in, asked if they did fittinngs and got assisted right away! Sarah was the lady in the dressing room, she was extremely helpful! Being my first time, she showed me a bunch of options and gave me good advice and opinions! I ended up getting good options and great service! Even though she was helping several other people, she still took the time to give me opinions and such! The other lady, Valerie, was also helpful! Maybe it depends on the time of day and who is working, but I would definitely recommend this store location! Sarah is awesome!
The staff didn't greet me or acknowledge me until I went to the register. She pointed me in the right direction but the panty drawer was unorganized. There were all different styles of panty and different sizes all jammed in the same drawer. I checked some other drawers and just couldn't stand how unorganized everything was. I used to work at Victoria's Secret, a different location, and this store just made me feel ashamed.
Very helpful staff who love their products. That's always a fun shopping experience. Plus pretty good quality products.
Do not shop here!! They are so rude, the manager was rude than anything.
