I have been a patient here since 2001. Dr Meshoto is an awesome caring doctor. His receptionist Janice is very rude. Getting worse as the years go by. She has a personality like a wet noodle!! You can say hello how are you and she will respond with "fine" and leave it at that. Worst customer service skills ever! It's like she's doing you a favor just answering the phone. Maybe time for the old bat to retire?? And get a fresh face, friendly receptionist in there!!
Dr. Meshoto is a wonderful man and a good doctor. The two women running his office (the receptionist and office manager) are going to ruin his business. I am filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney Generals office tomorrow (3/4/2013) in regard to the receptionist.
I have seen Dr. Meshoto for a few years and I am extremely satisfied with his office. The girls are all very nice and professional.
I've been going to Dr Dan for 20 years, wouldnt want a different doctor.
