They don't carry most of the latest devices that are sold on the Microsoft Store online. What's the point of having a physical store that doesn't give you a good spread of devices to check out?

I've had mixed results. When I called about a problem I had after the creators update 1703 to Windows 10 a woman told me quickly how to find my files that had all been moved around after the update. I then asked her how Microsoft felt it was ok to move my files around and she hung up on me. That same update lost my audio driver. Today a very nice man helped me to get it reloaded. I had tried with no success but with his tech accesses he was able to. So I've had the good and the ugly. I guess you just don't know with this store.
Warning to the manager of this location: Online reviews work. I'm in town for the weekend. I'm interested in purchasing a mobile phone with peripherals to enable a mobile computer. After reading your most recent reviews from customers regarding the quality of customer service they've received, I assess risk purchasing anything from your store. I assess your team's technical competence and service skills are most likely inadequate for my needs. As my time is limited, I will look for other hardware options; taking my money elsewhere. Warning to Microsoft: For productivity requirements, your hardware and software solutions are truly superior to the competition. It's unfortunate personnel supporting your product diminish the experience; costing you opportunity. Recommend in investing in quality leadership at your stores as the number one priority to enable propelling your product.
Staff is perfect! Courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! They greet you at the door and will try to find a solution to any problem you have. Perfect 5 star service in my opinion!
