Called for a quote. They quoted me $275 for a re-key of 3 key holes. That is 2.5 - 3X as much as I was quoted elsewhere. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Make sure to price check!!!
I called them to ask for a recommendation about my deadbolts sticking. When they couldn’t provide a consultation, I decided to move on and find someone else. They called my phone incessantly for five minutes. Every time I declined, they tried again. It was so fast, I had a hard time blocking the two numbers they used. Then they started texting me. Ex-girlfriends of mine have not been as psycho.
Best locksmith I could find. They were able to beat out the others that I called on pricing and then the guy was even nice enough to cut me an extra key with no charge after already reducing the price after a miscommunication. Truly a good company
I tried a few locksmiths since I own rental houses. These are the worst. STAY AWAY. They rude and high priced for nothing. I tried to go to they address in Wesport but nothin there.
Gave me pointers on how to get in my car safely, and helped me out all within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.
