It is true that you need to bring nitroglycerine with you when you hear the final cost for the Good Feet products but, in my experience, you'll never regret the investment. I hobbled in to the Good Feet store with plantar faciatis that had been interfering with my life, my sleep...everything, for well over a year. I had tried at least 15-20 (no exaggeration) different types of inserts from local retail stores, in desperation to find something that would help. The Good Feet store was recommended to me by a friend. I found the store and the sales person was awesome. He helped me place the inserts in my shoes and, as I walked around the store, I had NO pain! I told myself I didn't care what the cost was, I wasn't giving the inserts back! I purchased 3 types of inserts based on the advice of the sales person. I have NO regrets. I eventually developed the pf in my other foot but it was never as severe as before, because of the Good Feet inserts. It took sometime to pay off my cc but these products are well worth it. The guarantee from this company is absolutely amazing. I had originally gotten the leather inserts but after a year the leather was breaking down and the support was weakening. I brought in the inserts with my receipt and got an exchange for the hard plastic inserts, no questions or hassles. About 3 years later, I again had problems with one set of the inserts and dealt with the main location in CA. Again, no questions, no hassles. I returned the inserts that had degraded and received a new set in return. There are few companies with this type of integrity with their warranty. This is money well spent.

Let me start by saying I walked IN to the store with intense pain in my right heel. I walked OUT pain free. That is the truth and I could not be happier. I love this system. Let me continue by stating that I have had (over the years) extensive physical therapy to correct misalignment in my hips, one leg is longer than the other, and I have a degenerated disc in my back. I am only 58 and have worried about how to care for my body in ways that will grow it stronger and healthier so I maintain mobility and independence well into my 90's or more. The Good Feet Store and the orthotic system is the answer to my prayers and concerns. I have been wearing they supports as directed in my shoes since December 30, 2016. My feet continue to do well(my heel is still healing some but the pain is minimal) but the bigger WOW and surprise is that the feet really ARE the foundation for posture and health for the rest of my body. I have not slept on my back for years because of the disc and hip issues I have. I am now able to not only sleep on my back again for the first time in years but I can roll out of bed after having been on my back without discomfort.

Buyer beware! Went in with heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Lowell was nice enough and explained the program. The inserts seemed to help. All was good until he told me the price. $1200 for inserts! You've got to be kidding! I finally walked out with lesser inserts totaling almost $400! When home on line I found the same inserts for a fraction of the price. But I can't return them as "All sales are final." That should tell you something eh?

I went to the Good Feet Store a couple years ago and paid $135.00 for inserts that didn't help. They have a policy there whereby they don't give refunds and their other option of inserts is even less helpful. I recommend buying Super Feet inserts in the green color for $45.00. several stores in the area sell the Super Feet brand.

I am amazed and so happy with the system. It is THE REAL DEAL.

Waste of money, my podiatrist said they should be investigated and shut down. Might be ok for some problems but not for neuropathy!! I don't think anyone working there has any medical training at all. It's like used car salesmen.
