We started making payments over a year ago. Now with only 4 months to go they decide to change their policy to kids allowed. Not only that but children are free!!! Are you kidding me? And do they offer a discount for changing their policy? NO! of course not! Do they offer a refund for people who do not want to go, with children? NO! Of course not.
My wife and I booked a cruise through this company. It was the Nascar cruise. We exclusively booked because Dale Jr. was going to be on board. We paid an extra $250 each for a private meet & greet with him as well as Richard Petty. For some reason Mr. Petty wasn't there. After waiting in line for 2 hours outside the room this woman just opens up the doors and says just move into the room. Well of course the line just disintegrates and the room is just full of people. We got trampled over and pushed around. We faught to even get an autograph. We spoke to Dave about our dissatisfaction afterwards. He said he would refund us our money for that experience. Well that was over 12 days ago. No refund. No answer to emails. Nothing.
Changing the policy with only a few months before the cruise after people have already made all their payments isn't a very good business practice. It's quite shady and I wouldn't trust a company that just goes and changes policies like that. That is awful. This will be our first and our last cruise with this company.
We picked this as our first cruise, mainly because it was Star Trek theme. The next reason was because it was Kid free. Not that I have a problem with children, but when I'm spending almost $5,000 I want to have a nice adult time without children running around.
