Marie just gave me an AMAZING haircut, but more importantly what stood out is the way she represented Ginger Bay. She took care of me from when I walked in, all the way to the moment I checked out. I defilently will be RETURNING! This place gave me a whole new outlook on getting a haircut. Huge DIFFERENCE!
I love Ginger Bay!! Everyone here is good but I went to Angi for my color services. As a platinum blonde client retouching every 5 weeks she is AMAZING. I’m sure fellow blondes can relate with how careful you have to be with bleach. She is precise with her application, constantly checking in with you while you process, and so friendly and a pleasure to be around the whole time. I’ve not had the pleasure of seeing anyone else here but looking at the hair of clients walking out of here says it all. I’m confident this salon can service whatever color or cut you could possibly want. You can’t go wrong here. Awesome place!!
I've been here twice, and once I got an amazing haircut by a talented, friend stylist who actually listened to what I wanted but who had moved on the next time I called. The 2nd time I got a fine cut by a frosty, grimacing woman who argued with me for ten minutes about what I wanted her to do (eye-rolling to her coworker across the room). It was nothing outlandish, just a plain blunt. Jeez. I would have left, but I waited a month for the appointment, it would have made a scene, and I wouldn't have been able to use my gift card.
I brought my bestie for a bday spa treatment & she loved it!! The massage therapist was wonderful, the nail professional incredible & all the staff were friendly and attentive!! They really give you a full spa feel!! Highly recommended!!!
