This was hands down the WORST salon experience I have ever had.
My husband and I walked in late Saturday night hoping they could squeeze him in for a beard trim. No such luck so he made an appointment for Sunday afternoon. Not a big deal. We arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment only to be told by Ashley that the stylist he was scheduled with had called off, and she would just now see if anyone would be available. Ashley came back up front and said they could not fit him in! Are you kidding me? It takes 5 minutes or less for a beard trim! I asked why, if they had several people call off, because now it was several and not just his stylist, did she not call him to let him know. "I wasn't sure if you were still coming in." Really? He made an appointment less than 24 hours ago, with you personally, didn't cancel, and you weren't sure if he was coming? All we got was a half hearted apology. This is not the way you treat customers. The sad part is I wouldn't even be mad if they had just called and told us the situation before we drove out there and wasted our time.
Friendly staff. Every stylist that I've had gave me what I asked. They wash, cut, colored and styled my hair. Hair styling is extra so it's something you have to ask for. When I go to visit, it's always a walk in and they try to squeeze me in. I have a new stylist each time and I'm never disappointed.
I went in not knowing what to expect, I left feeling relaxed with a beautiful head of hair! My stylist Kelso was warm and friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair! Thank you!

I should have heeded the other reviewer. Horrible service! Kelsey did not even comb through my hair. She just chopped off the ends and left it. Did not even style it. I had to ask her if I could borrow her brush! Of course, all of her tools were filthy. When I said, "Oh, I thought you were going to shampoo my hair," she said, "Well, that costs more money." And??? Your point is???
