Got here at 9a, 3/17/17, and still waiting?!?! NO ONE IS HERE!!!!
I get my truck back it look like they got a can of spray and went in. My bumper not lined up right... I took it back ..he needs to hold it for some days...how am I going to get around i asked...can u rent me a car til its ready...he said no..No this is Maaco mistake not mines im not payn for a rental..this place needs to be closed down...if my issue not resolve....

I began patronizing the Maaco shop run by Sam (who now runs the franchise on S Florissant Road) 4 years ago when his shop was located in south St. Louis City. I have had several great experiences with the work performed by his shop, so much so that I have continued to use this shop for body work on my car and have recommended Sam to friends and family. All the work done by Sam's shop over the years has been of good quality and done in a timely manner. Sam is always very courteous, accommodating, and honest. I was surprised recently when I Googled Sam's shop to find the reviews were mostly negative. I want to point out that Sam took over the S Florissant Road location in October 2014 and some of the negative reviews that have been left preceded his takeover of the shop. I have asked friends and family to also post reviews of their experiences with this Maaco shop.
I wish i would've read these reviews before i just took my truck to them....

This the worst place u can take your the service very bad and the work dishonest . I will never again take my anything to this macco again.
