This is Steve Foster my son did a review of rain tunnel express the last couple days ago I told him to put that there's been soap on the cars but I had found out a couple times later using a different soap and sometimes it stays on the cars rain My son put some things on there that I didn't say that were not true about the cars being dirty and some other stuff that was false information Rain tonnell express is the best car wars you can go to when I can't clean my own cars I go to rain tunnel express and they take care of me good if you want Your car too shine like a star go to rain tunnel express I tell everybody about them I have even raced and almost got tickets for speeding just to try to make it there to get their car wash before they close rain tunnell express is definitely a 5 star I recommend everybody go there and it makes your car look very nice and shine
Good car wash. $6 for basic and $10 for the nice one. Vacuum is .50. Nice staff.
Inexpensive wash for your car. They move you through quickly and their "rain tunnel" does a descent job.

I had worked here for over a year, had always been praised as an outstanding employee. I recently had personal issues interfere with my schedule, we had worked it over and I couldn't thank them enough for it. I soon after find out a "higher-up" there had a loss in their family, it definitley showed at work and actually affected the overall mood and business itself. Well I worked all morning saturday the 11th, Veterans day. I got nothing but smiles and even some laughs, suddenly around noon the owner of the company had run out into the hazardous wash zone and grabbed me by the arm and yanked me aside from the truck I had been cleaning.(3rd degree assault on camera, with an employee witness) I kept my composure (as I, and many if not most other employees are used to his anger problems) as he asked if I wanted to do my job correctly or not at all, and go home. I obviously apologized and he smiled and walked away. He assaulted me to begin with all because I had talked in a funny accent to a customer and the customer even enjoyed it. Well they are now trying to illegaly fire me on grounds of "its not working out anymore" I have a lawyer and hopefully can help bring his corrupt and emotionally harmful business ideals to light. I would advise to stop spending your money with them, they do everything to save a dollar and provide less for the customer (From cheaper chemicals to spending less time spraying your car for pre-soak). They could care less about you, just your weekly monsoon. I wish I could have spoke the owner himself instead I only recieved a 3 minute phone call from the Gravois location manager while she was in the car. Again, couldn't explain anything I had done wrong or give me a reason other than "it's not working out anymore." If you know them or work there just know these are not good people running this business management wise. Lastly thank you to the maintenance division for always being truthful to me and being reliable employees. That is all.
