Very clean office and rooms with professional staff. I went in for upper wisdom tooth extraction the doctor was very quick and made sure I was comfortable. I chose to stay awake and the actual procedure only lasted about 5 minutes maybe less for the one tooth I needed extracted. It was exactly what I expected from an oral surgeon. Highly recommend!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled plus one and had such a great experience I absolutely love the staff and the Doctor's {Dr. Hosch} did my surgery and I love him!!! I would recommend him to anyone! ♡
Fast Procedure staff could be more friendly including the doctors. I had tingling with my tongue after the anesthesia wore off after 4 days of tingling I tried getting in contact with the doctor who performed my extractions only for me to make 2 more office visits after the surgery only deal with his uncaring counterpart and the snobby receptionist. Even when Dr.Kramer returned from being out of the office him or anyone else from the office NEVER called to check and see if the tingling went away or for me to come back in so he could see for himself if I was having any other complications associated with the extractions. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL I was OVER BILLED ALMOST $300 dollars out of pocket when my insurance company paid them off.
Relaxing looking, but crowded waiting room. Staff rude other than reception. Wait was over an hour for one extraction. Dr was very rough with no apologies or concern. Never asked how I was. Quick and very painful numbing shots. Mouth bled for hours. Go elsewhere! I did not get sedation cause they said insurance wouldn't cover it, but they never checked either!
I had to get five teeth pulled over the summer. And I this experience was awesome! The staff were very nice as far as I can remember, before they put me to sleep.
