I would recommend this office to everyone!!!
We have been coming here since my oldest daughter was 15 months old (she's now almost 6!) and we have always had a positive experience. The staff are very friendly as are Dr. Evan and Dr. Lindsey. My youngest daughter was a bit hesitant to let anyone look in her mouth for her first several visits but they have always worked with us to make sure she feels comfortable and now she LOVES going to the dentist. They do such a great job of making the kids feel like going to the dentist is a fun activity and we never have any hesitation when I say it's time to go. It's too bad they're pediatric dentists otherwise I would come here as well ;-).
We love Dr. Lindsey. She is so great with the kids. ALL of the assistants are so awesome, they have the patience of angels!! And they can get you in last minute with no problems!!
Everyone was extremely friendly and very good with my 3 year old and 2 year. I was able to go back with my kids, which was a big reason my 2 year old allowed them to clean his teeth. I had been to another pediatric dentist office with my older son and my experience here was much better.
The dentists and assistants are amazing. They are very kind and gentle with the children. They are caring during procedures, will listen to them tell stories and explain what is happen as they go through the process. My issue is with reception into the office. The staff sitting at the front during a recent visit was not friendly, no smile and greeting upon walking in the door even though there was no one in the waiting room. There were two forms needing to be signed on their electonic pad and before I could even finish reading, reviewing and possibly asking questions she was telling me to sign. The truth is I do not even know if that is what I am actually signing behind as you don't see a physical document and you want me to just sign something before reading through it. If I truly didn't like the dentists and assistants I would find another place to take my children.
We had a dental emergency on a Friday evening right before the office closed. Both Dr. Lindsey Reed and Ally at the front desk so very patiently and thoroughly answered our questions and eased our concern over our daughter's injury. Dr Evan Reed helped us bright and early the next morning with such calm and professionalism. Because of this awesome staff, our daughters NEVER are afraid or nervous about going to the dentist;)
