The worst experience I've ever had with any healthcare professional. The moment his mistakes cost you your money, and he doesn't even have the decency to explain himself in-person, is just utterly frustrating. Not even the staff could give a good answer. Don't waste your time with him and find a better vision center. For all those needing surgery or some sort of procedure in the Saint Louis area, go to John B. Holds, this man is wonderful and his staff members are a breath of fresh air.
