Very positive. Every time I get in touch, responses are very quick and complete. At first I was confused because my expectations has been set at one level (I would be meeting with someone every quarter) with a different advisor who left, but once I finally spoke frankly about it, I was able to get my expectations in line with what the actual process was (meetings twice a year).
