Very rude very unprofessional mark. Argues with his customers over the phone making threats that he can come into my residence and "hunt me down" when i made it clear that I don't have enough to pay back the loan
Horrible service . They sit there and yell at your like your illiterate. Spit in my face while yelling very unprofessional , I came to there work of place to help them with there career only for them to insult my intelligence . I will be calling corporate if they don't already see this they dont deserve to work with people.
Shay and Dan are awesome. Have been a client for 6 months. Never were they rude or disrespectful. Easy and friendly service. If you need to build credit or need a loan to get you through. This is the place.
If you are the slightest bit late they will harass you, every other loan company I've ever felt with if I was late due to circumstances beyond my control would accept that on the phone and I'd make the payment as quick as possible. Not so with this branch of world finance they will harass you by phone daily and it's not like you can ignore the calls because they do make you give references which I can only assume they would start to harass them if they don't contact you.
i think world finance is the greatest place to obtain a loan. I had my first loan with them way back in 2005 . my credit at the time was a little slow but Matt approved me. I have had many loans over the years with them and with each one i paid in full the next one i was allowed a increase. I really wouldn't want to deal with any other company.I have referred seveal people to world finance as well and they too was very pleased with the service they provided.
