Please do not shop here! If you have a problem with your furniture, the owner, Carl, will not make it right! I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat and it was delivered last week. It was extensively damaged during delivery due to the incompetence of the delivery men, who were provided by the store. There is damage to 50% of the surfaces of the sofa and there are two tears in the loveseat. Carl, the owner, has informed me that my only options are to have him provide a repairman to patch up all the damage or to receive a small portion of my money back and pay for the repairs myself. This is entirely unacceptable. Nowhere on the sales contract does it say I am not entitled to refund or replacement in the event of damage. And Carl, the owner, has told me that I must litigate if I want to know why I am not entitled to a refund or replacement. Please do not put yourself in the situation I am in!
We bought a sofa, loveseat and recliner from Carl and Ed. They where very professional and had a great knowledge of the construction and material the furniture is made of. We felt real comfortable there and a enjoying our furniture now. It looks perfect in our home and sits great. We have bought the less expensive furniture from discount stores and are tired of needing new furniture every year. It cost a little more to get quality in many things that you buy is how I feel.
