Number 1. We absolute love the product. We ordered a 5 seat + 5 side sactional and it was delivered in 4 days and we are so happy about this amazing new couch we added. We went back to order two cup holders a week later. They are $50 a piece and I had a valid 10% off coupon (that we were told by the woman we bought the couch from that we could come back and use by the expiration date). After spending 30 mins in the store arguing back and forth to two separate sales people , one who was the manager, it took me threatening to call corporate to complain and place an order through them that they finally let me use the coupon which was only $10 off. The products are amazing and I highly recommend this couch to everyone but the customer service was absolute pathetic! As the girl was finally checking me out she was answering text messages on her phone in front of me with a snarky attitude. I felt very disrespected and working Years in customer service and my husband being in high end sales we would have never treated a customer with that type of disrespect. We spent over $4,000 on our couch (paid in full at the time of purchase and paid $180 for a lovesac blanket for them to give me that hard of a time about a 10% off coupon that we were told only a week ago that we could use when we brought back in. Lovesac is great but the people that are selling this amazing product gave us the hardest time and need better training if they want people to feel happy with their investment.
