Also when I called my best friend to complain, she said that she used to go to that salon but stopped because the owner was so unprofessional. Get it together, lady!
The owner was a nightmare. I had an expired Groupon, which I stated when I scheduled my appointment. As I'm going to pay, the owner tells me that she can't accept the Groupon... Groupon clearly states "the amount paid never expires" but she was extremely rude and asked me "do you even know how Groupon works?" She was terribly unprofessional and I will not be going back! The thing that sucks is that every other person I encountered was extremely pleasant!

Great facility now that it's under new ownership this place is magnificent, the ladies are great at what they do and the owner is very down to earth and sincere and also very talented. Not to mention they have one of the best massage therapists in St. Louis. He is absolutely amazing as well. Stop in there and have a look for yourself. Or bring your friends and make a nice fun and relaxing day of it!
Julie is amazing! She did my hair just the way I've been wanting it for a while. The rest of the staff seemed nice and the salon is modern and friendly atmosphere all together!
