I have loved the facility since 2013, but when I went this past Saturday, I was charged $65 for individual lashes when the website clearly stated $15 right before I walked through the door. Additionally, when I got home from the event I had them done for, I noticed the left lashes was longer that the right and today they continue to fall out from the right lash.. I placed a call to the school director Mr Quick, with no response. This was horrible customer service especially when I could have gotten the lashes from professional salons for $65. It only took her one hour. She was sweet but the lashes were not worth what I paid. Thanks alot

Just got my hair done by Porsche, evening cosmo student. I have natural hair and she was able to straighten with no problem. My hair is so soft. Her technique was amazing! Got me in and out wash, blow dry and styled. Will definitely return before she graduates in February.

I will not recommend anyone to enroll stbthis school their contract is ridiculous. You'll be happy to enroll and they'll make it seem as if you miss school you'll be able to make up hours easily without owning over contact fees. Which means if you miss school for more than 10 days you'll begin to owe them 10.50 a hr. OUT OF YOUR POCKET Everyday and your attendance will drop as well if it falls below 75% you'll get dropped from the program and still owe the school for the remaining of the program you didn't complete and financial aid doesn't cover that. Every student that graduated had a balance to pay before their graduation date . If you're human and have a life that consist of doctors appointments, children, you get sick, car break down, run late from time to time, got a family emergency etc. Don't enroll here. They don't care .

i scheduled a apt to tour the school for a Tuesday. when i used google auto fill it entered my kids information by accident. i canceled the apt and rescheduled for that monday. when i got there Craig met me at the door and was very rude to me and my husband. he told me i was confusing him because i scheduled under two names and i told him i did not know how that happened. he told me i had to do it on purpose. was very arrogant. so we left. i got home and figured out what happened. but this guy is a real JERK!!! and arrogant. i would not send anyone there for any reason. buyer be ware.

I had a great experience at the school. Kayla did a great job on giving me a body wave , and her instructor was always there if she had question. For the people complaining about this school, You need to understand you are getting discounted services from cosmetology students so it is not going to be like having a salon experience . These students are learning. Great job Kayla hope you enjoyed Texas Roadhouse!! :-)
