We purchased our engagement ring here over 6 years ago. Since that time, the center diamond had become loose. We took it by on Saturday afternoon. We hadn't stepped into the store since our purchase. Not only did they tighten the diamond up, they noticed a small chip diamond was missing from the wedding band. They replaced it! This all happened within a 15 minute period! This will be the only place I buy my jewelry, rings, diamonds, etc. from, from now on. The staff...amazing as well. Thanks so much!
Over the past few months I shopped engagement rings at just about every jeweler in the St. Louis area. Some did not form a relationship with me and others were pressuring me into making a decision. Friends had mentioned Genovese and the excellent experience they had. I decided to stop by and was immediately welcomed by Josh. He took the time to get to know me and configured bands/diamonds that were both the style I was looking for and in the budget. I came to Genovese to just to browse for anniversary gifts for my parents and ended up a customer now and in the future. Josh was a tremendous help in finding complentary pieces within my budget. He was friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, I had my two sons (ages 6 and 8) with me. Not only did Josh help me with find prefect rings, he was patient and accommodating with my boys. An hour in a jewelry store isn’t the easiest place to hang out in after school. The whole staff was great at entertaining them while I searched the jewelry cases!!
