My boyfriend and I stopped in the Pandora store at the St. Louis Galleria to get my bracelet fixed and had the pleasure of meeting Elaine. Her service and professionalism exceeded our expectations! Her knowledge of the jewelry and her suggestions for adding pieces to my bracelet were outstanding! Elaine was so welcoming and she even volunteered to clean my bracelet when she was done. I will definitely return to, the Pandora store in the St. Louis Galleria.
Very friendly! They clean the jewelry for free and the cleaning only took about 15 minutes! Well put together store.
Terrible experience...
Incredibly rude staff. Customer complaints are ignored by Management. Management will refuse to listen to customer complaints and will walk away from you when you are talking to them.
