Great service ! Clean crisp shirts , my wife & I have been using them for a while and highly recommended .
Satisfactory dry cleaning. However TWICE (months apart) they kept my clothes at the other store, and I had to push hard to get it corrected and brought to the place of drop-off and ticket. I don't tolerate excuses about miscommunications or new employees. I had to wait extra days to get my clothes back, in both cases.
They cleaned up the front lobby, and then they removed any/all customer service from the establishment. The old lobby wasn't classy, but the service was dependable since I was a kid taking my suit there for the Mehlville prom all the way until recently. The entire 30 something years we went there I can't remember a single issue. Its totally different now, they can't keep track of anything, and no one is ever in charge. The employees are rude and pretty obviously take no pride in their work. My personal favorite is when they clean shirts and then put them back on the hangar with a broken button - That always gets my day started off in the right direction. Management is unavailable, out of town, gone fishing, whatever the excuse every time is different. We went through the growing pains of a new "management" team thinking it would get better, we were wrong. It keeps getting worse, we won't be back, and we will be sure to tell our neighbors, friends, and anyone else with a pair of ears to take their hard earned dollars elsewhere.
What a change of place ! The place has been revamped and the staff is always super helpful, I've been using this place for a while now but on a recent trip was happy to see the place redone, the service was great and my husband is happy with his shirts and trousers done here
