I booked a jacuzzi suite this Saturday for my boyfriends 30th, I check in the room, the jacuzzi was layered with dust and crumbs of some sort, when I go to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned, she says " you mean you used the jacuzzi and now you want it cleaned?"... who even does that?! NO it wasn't clean in the first place!! Not only that, the jacuzzi looked like maybe they tried some "do it yourself assembly" because it didn't even look put together correctly, and when you spend $160 to stay 1 night in a room, you expect it to be in its BEST condition, especially when you TAX the room $20 on top of the room rate. You also don't have very many points of entry, you have to walk/drive around the whole building just to get to a door to get to your room. I'm not sorry to say I WILL NOT be back.
The beds were super comfy and the towels were insanely soft. The breakfast was great but I had to go to the front desk to ask them to refill things because they didn't have a breakfast attendant. The toiletries were great and I was so grateful they had toothbrushes because we didn't pack ours and needed them. The only complaint I have is that the employees were super phone addicted. They used their personal cell phones in front of the guests and at one point I was calling the front desk and got no answer because the person manning the front desk was on a personal call on his cell phone when I walked up to the desk in person. Waffles were the best at breakfast with the sausage and would definitely stay again.

Convenient location to my work location in Maryland Heights. The staff is very courteous. The hotel has been renovated recently and is usually nice and quiet.
Will definitely not recommend this place. The staff is courteous, but I've been here for eight days so far and this is the fourth day that nobody touched my room. At least fifteen times I've had to get my room key magnetized because I couldn't get in, and twice after no service in my room, the front desk had no coffee. So now another morning that I can't have coffee unless I go down to get it. Plus, I'm here for four more nights. Hope they have towels tomorrow, because I'll be out if they don't clean my room again.
