I was super impressed by the overall professionalism of the four guys that came to our house. They worked quickly to load up all the boxes and then were very careful about wrapping up all our furniture and loading it on the truck. Clarence, Darion, Derick and Brendan all did a great job. Once they got to the new house, they hauled everything upstairs and were very careful not to scuff walls or woodwork. I'd also like to say that the customer service is very good. I called several times to update my inventory or just ask questions and I was always treated very courteously over the phone.Overall, I love this company, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and we will use them again for our next move.
In June of 2017 my Mother Passed Away. I flew from Florida to St. Louis, Mo. to take care of my Mothers Physical Property and had a Very Shot period of time to take care of everything. I called several moving companies and College Hunks - Mike - was the only one who was able to fit some of our local moving into his already Busy Schedule! Mike was Very sympathetic for my situation and had a Truck and Two Men at my door within a couple of days. I am Very Grateful for College Hunks and the Great Service they were able to provide me. I called the number to schedule my move and the customer service agent very nice also mentioned that a consultant would come out to the house. She scheduled them.......Once the consultant came out to the house he said he did not have me in in the system to move. So here I was ....had to take extra time off from work to be there for the consultant and the move it self. Mike Darling did not seem empathic at all. Did not try to reach anyone right away. We went and did a walk through the house to get a estimate. He stated that he would write it up right away and email it to me. Stated he would follow up with the office manager and give me a call. I stated I needed to know right away. I had to call to follow up. Mr Darling did not seem to care at all and was more interested in his next appointment. They truly are not a stress free experience like a claim or care about customer service!
and for such a great experience! BTW it was cheaper than renting a truck and doing it yourself! Can't beat that!!
The easiest part of moving is hiring these guys! Very professional, on time and fun group of guys to work with! I've never wrote a review but I felt the need to let people know that they are amazing! Thanks a lot
Clarence and Don did fantastic work for me. I moved on a typical Thursday in October, oh wait, it still felt like summer here in St Louis. That didn't slow them down at all. They were very efficient, super friendly and fun. I still have too much "stuff" - I'll probably call and ask for them specifically to take some of it away once I get settled.
