Bad experience at this airport Chili's in St Louis. The bar was filthy with lots of bar flies. The bar top was filthy and sticky. The sugar candies were disgusting with food caked all over them. The salt and pepper shakers were filthy. The bar mats had not been changed out or washed as the bar had a terrible smell. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looked like. I could hardly eat my food because I was completely grossed out by the amount of filth in this eating establishment. I do not recommend going there and would never waste my money there again. They obviously know that there are hardly any other options therefore they do not care about the guest experience what so ever.

Didn't get a chance to try the food. Was seated next to the window. It began raining outside and instead of someone coming to me an politely asking me to move to a booth for reasons of safety, the bartender yelled "sir move away from the window and sit at the booth!" I told her I would do one better...and I left! Schlafly a short way down has good considerate service and good food!
Krystal is an awesome bar tender. Her area was very clean, she introduced herself and remembered my name. Krystal was very attentive, had great attitude to go along with a good smile, and did a solid job of working her bar area during the busiest times. The food was typical Chili's but the service was the best I have on memory. Keep up the good work Krystal!
This place supposedly closes at 8pm but starts turning away people at 7:30pm. A lady comes in at 7:45pm literally begging for food and the workers turns her away. Her flight keeps getting delayed and now wasn't leaving until 11pm. Very unprofessional and uncompassionate
I must say I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to dine at the Chil's Bar and Grill restaurant. We were seated immediately upon arrival and the waitress was nice and professional. We ordered a couple of drinks, a burger and fries. I was extremely shocked over the quality of the food. The burger was dry, tomatoes terrible, and the onion rings were old. The bar tender was outright RUDE.
What kind of for-profit business turns away customers during the times they are open? Ones that are sheltered by the airport I guess.
