In the insurance business there are what we call "storm chasers" that follow one hail storm to the next. I've had customers that have had trash shingles put on their roof, a couple of years ago I had a widow who we'd insured for 30+ years give the roofer her insurance check and never saw him again. She had to pay for the job out of her savings.
These guys were great to work with. They were 100% professional and understood as much as we did when there were setbacks. I would recommend them to anyone. They like to crack jokes, but they do the best work I've seen!

I needed my home roofed. I called Rapid Response as well as another roofer. Dan was out the same day to review the job in my office. From the time we picked a color and signed the contract they had materials delivered the next day and had their crew on the job in quick order. Finished the job in a reasonable time, were very courteous and cleaned up around the house and garage so well that I couldn't even find a stray nail. Dan was out the next morning, found one small item that he wasn't satisfied with and he was out himself to fix it the next day bright and early.
I own an insurance agency, I'm not sure how we were hooked up with them but every customer has been very satisfied with this company.
