Richards performed a "repair" to our roof which amounted to hammering in a couple nails. They never bothered to inspect the actual problem in the attic. Very poor workmanship and unskilled labor. Caveat emptor!!!
Richards is a reputable company that stands behind their work. After having problems with a relatively new roof (less than 5 years old), it was determined that I had defective shingles. Richards, who installed the roof, worked with me to try to get TAMKO (the manufacturer of the shingles) to honor their warrenty and stand behind their product. After this was unsuccessful, Richards did the right thing and replaced my roof with shingles of a different company (I was told they no longer use TAMKO products). I am very pleased with the service and treatment I got from Richards. They run a good, honest business. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about TAMKO.
Did a total roof with old shingle removal and new premium gutters. Their workers are pros and longtime employees. The quality was great! I didn't find even one roofing nail on the ground anywhere!

My overall feeling about the Company is very positive. I would highly recommend the Company.
