The sales people are very knowledgeable, their flooring is of the highest quality. We work with Boardwalk frequently and every interaction is first class! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We originally met their representative at the Home Show. Their hours make it relatively convenient for people that work during normal business hours. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And their prices are within the norm for the flooring that we were buying. We were happy to be able to give our business to a local small business. We had an all around good experience, and would work with them again.
Cathy & Justin were terrific to work with. Cathy was able to understand easily what we were looking for and narrow choices down to make our decision as easy and painless as possible (because man...there are tons of choices and it can be overwhelming). They were patient and held our wood flooring for an extended time when we needed it. Always available when we had questions and eager to help us work through any issues. I would highly recommend them!!
My wife and I purchased around 1,400 sf of hickory flooring along with another 1,000 sf of vinyl plank flooring for our lower level. Not only is the flooring excellent, but the staff (Justin and Cathy) took a lot of time helping us with selections within our budget. Due to our great experience with Boardwalk we have already gone back to purchase barn wood for an accent wall. I highly recommend Boardwalk Flooring!
