Just went down and checked today (9 Nov) and nothing changed. Called Kirkwood glass and went and picked up my still broken window. Kirkwoid told me there’s have it done tomorrow.
I have been trying to remove screws from my kitchen floor all day but they are covered in some type of plastic laminate that filled all the grooves in the screws making it almost impossible to remove them. I tried everything I could think of as well as all of the solutions I found on google with no success (I'm in nursing, not construction lol!) Then, this amazing man suggested a scratch awl, instructed me how to use it and even went above and beyond by telling me how use my drill to successfully remove the screws. I have removed more screws in the past 20 minutes than I did all day.
Not only was this part of my customer service experience absolutely amazing, one of the gentleman also gave me the solution to my flooring problem!
I took a single pane storm windo glass for repair on 23 October. I checked on it two weeks later and the glass guy said he still had many ahead of me. He then confessed that nobody pushes him to get them done so he does them when he can.
First of all, I walked into the store less than 5 minutes before it closed which I would typically never do but I have been working on a project all day and really needed a solution to a problem I was having. I was expecting to be met by frustrated and annoyed employees because of my time of arrival but to my surprise, I was instead met by 4 very friendly gentleman who were smiling, welcoming and happy to help!!
Everyone is always so helpful and nice. They also seem to always have a nice clearance section.
I can honestly say I have never taken the time to write a review for anything but I experienced such amazing customer service at this store that it is impossible for me not to write this!

I always go there when needing specialty items, lawn or hardware goods! Even my bird food! They have some good bargins too if you just look around! Friendly staff too!
