The employees here are so rude!!!! I came in signed in using the Qless system and it gave the option of text message to hold your space in line. I had over a 2 hour wait I walked up and down the strip to pass time receiving multiple texts about my wait! (As shown in photo) I get he texts saying your up I go inside for the clerk to say I called you like 10 minutes ago. I said well I have to the text to show with the timestamp that I was just called! She spoke to me as a child and said "Take a seat and wait" They continue calling other customers names and I asked am I going to be seen next. The license clerk then says well you can speak to the manager I don't have control over this office. The manager then asks me what's your name I said my name she then says well I placed back in line with receiving a text that said you now have a 20 minute wait after waiting over two hours I said this is unacceptable. If the text message system isn't accurate then why have it available for customers you should just tell them to sit and wait throughout the duration until service is rendered. I was so upset that I left the customer service was unacceptable and very unprofessional. Whatever company has taken over Maplewood license DMV you guys really need to enhance your customer service training and I feel Missouri state needs to come in and re evaluate this office
When most other License Offices were closed early, this office was serving people until 6pm. Also, the line went quickly and they took care of me quickly. The manager had an upset customer and kept her cool and did not kick him out. Very professional. I would have kicked him out because he was attacking her when it was the car dealers fault.
Went to try to get my license changed back to my maiden name and they refused because it wasnt listed on my divorce decree....I even had my new social security card proving that I was going back to the name I originally had! Went to the city hall driver's license office and was in and out of there in 10 minutes WITH my name changed. I highly recommend going straight to city hall instead of this office!
I walked in at noon on a Saturday to a packed full waiting room.... never good at the DMV. But I was pleasantly surprised-- the check in system was easy. The line moved VERY fast. They were efficient and friendly. I was out in less than 15 minutes. I've been here a few times now and it's ALWAYS a good experience. Staff gets
