You are taking a ridiculous amount of time to verify my audit that is a simple elementary mathematical error that the VA caused to begin with....hell I could be dead before I start receiving my disability compensation! Not to mention you are breaking a federal code that I got directly off your website, which is why I filed a claim/audit in the first place!
The number provided isnt even for the st louis regional benefit office. Its for one in Oklahoma. This office doesnt even accept calls, and much like the rest of the VA they fumble paperwork and screw you out of getting money and benefits when you need them
Its the government. Sometimes you get some VERY NICE PEOPLE. A lot of times you get a TURD.
Why is it so difficult to get anyone on the phone and keep in mind that not every veteran has a computer, some veterans are having financial problems.
First off everyone is rude, second no one can ever help, third the wait times are outrageous, fourth they do not care about you just their own jobs. Helping is not in their vocabulary.
