Convenient location to airport and other amenities. Great staff, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay again.
The entire staff was very friendly throughout our two night stay. The facilities were clean and well kept. No issues with our hotel room, they even let us check in early. Shuttle service is readily available when needed. Fitness center is clean but the treadmill, exercise bike and the elliptical machine needs to be taken out to pasture if you know what I mean. Otherwise I highly recommend this place.

Everything about my stay was fantastic. I was passing through St. Louis on a motorcycle trip and got a little turned around after crossing into Missouri, so it was around 11:30 when I got in. The Holiday Inn is clearly seen from 70 West along a string of hotels and motels servicing the airport. Amos was working the front counter that night and he was a delight to deal with. Check in was quick and painless as we made small talk about my trip. The room itself was much larger than I was anticipating, with a spacious bathroom. Considering I was just staying for the night it was way more than I needed, but the sleep on that bed was well worth it.
The room was fine. Walls were a little thin. At the end of the stay there was a "special Assessment" of $3 / night added to the bill. Not sure what this was for. Also when I asked the staff at check out, they could not tell me. Won't stay here again. Don't like surprises on my bill.
