My daughter came to town and had booked a room at this location: This place is a joke. The photos online are not an accurate representation. It is in serious need of repair and cleaning. There isn't even a sign, just a small banner, displaying the name. I missed it 3 times when going to meet my daughter. Going into the room, which wasn't ready when my daughter got there, it was highly disappointing. There were burn holes in the sheets, the pillows were lumpy and the size of a small throw pillow, there were missing lightbulbs, unsafe outlets, the bathroom counter was barely hanging on the wall, no restocking of toilet paper, and so on. For the price, it should be in much better condition. There were rooms in disarray with the curtains open for everyone to see, bugs on the curtains that we're closed, cheaply done repairs that could be seen all over the inside and outside. I could go on. My daughter asked for a refund since she was mislead by the online photos and wanted to stay elsewhere. She was only refunded $50 of the $75. We weren't expecting the Ritz, but this place was an absolute mess. Unless they get there at together, I would advise you to stay clear of this place. Not sure who gave this place decent ratings, but they are not accurate.
It's a cheap room, and absolutely nothing more. It smells awful, getting towels was a problem because they were all dirty. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Ice and vending machines were all broken. The TV remote didn't work, the lights lit up when you pressed the buttons, but did not function. The room had a coffee pot, but no coffee and no cups. I had to go down to the lobby for water cups.
My kids love the pool and we will back every time we visit.
Falling apart and dirty. The counter was literally barely holding up. The drawers had wrappers in them from previous guests. The comforter had a burn in it even though thoughwe asked for a non smoking room.
The people were helpful and got us coffee and a gray for the,microwave but they didn't have cups. But we shouldn't have had to ask for those things when you have a microwave and coffee pot in the room.

Room had 1 towel, no floor mat, and 1 hand towel. They had NO towels except for the floor mats. The front desk lady did give us floor mats and found 1 more bath towel. She was nice. Room was acceptable otherwise. We won't be staying here again. There was a coffee pot....NO COFFEE. I didn't notice the lack of coffee until morning so I didn't bother trying to get any, since we were leaving. The "breakfast" was disgusting, I wouldn't eat it and wouldn't feed it to my kids.
Danielle the manager was superb in her customer service. We were treated like Kings. I'm a business owner and if I had a chance to talk to the owner I would highly recommend keeping this talent & giving her a raise. The lady named Michelle that cleaned my room knows, "Cleanness is next to godliness".
