The last time we stayed at the Biloxi Isle of Capri was June 2011, and the room we were in had only 1 cushion chair WITH NO FOOT REST, and when we called the front desk they said that it was the only available room, and had no extra chairs or foot rest for the chair in the room we were in. We had loved going to the Biloxi Isle of Capri for years, but now find that the entire Hotel needs to be redone.
The policy for comps is the worst. If you don't go to the Isle of Capri at least once every 6 mo. then you are taken off the comp list. Not good for people who have to drive at least 9 hrs. to get to the Biloxi Casino. Poor Policy.
Went to meet a friend there for a party. Took the elevator and almost broke my neck. The doors force closed no matter what.The staff is friendly but unorganized. Many people wondering around like "uh i don't know" and bars with no one attending. Overpriced/watered down drinks. Good food and a pretty nice looking place. We wanted to drink and gamble all night as well as enjoy the good live music, but there is no hotel in or even next to the place. Good place to stop in for a few.
This place likely don't exsist.if it does I wouldn't go there.i drove around for 20 minutes n found only empty lots,and closed office buildings.My conclusion is if there's no one there with enough brains to put up a sign,I need to go elswhere!This place is run by idiots at best!!
the casino is under the chinese restaurant. last time i was there the pass phrase was. "one half order number 19 with 3 egg rolls"
I did not find a casino when I went here. It appeared that it was simply offices. The other reviewer needs to lay off the dope.
