Currently here for my sons bday party and not impressed! The staff does not seem to understand the concept of communication and organization . If not for my wife and kids, I would get a refund and head over to another place. I have never been impressed with this place or staff. Now that the party started, I must say that Happy party host is not part of the deal. 30min in our room and I barely see our host and have not seen her smile. Reminder to self, very last time I come to this location .
Great for the kids. We had our own sectioned rooms for my nephew's b-day party, made things easy.
My 3 girls were at your location on 10/21/17 with their sitter and were assaulted by grown women. Do you guys not have a policy about adults bouncing around in the same area as children? My 10 year old daughter was kicked in the face by a grown woman causing her nose to bleed. My 2 year old daughter was knocked over with full force from another grown woman sliding down the slide and slid right into her. Can you imagine weighing 25 pounds soaking wet and a 200 pound grown woman knocking you over? Your referee was allowing the behavior to occur and all the manager did was give my sitter 3 free passes to bring the girls back. That's all you have to offer after my children were assaulted? I believe a little more restitution should be in order for this because there should be a policy prohibiting adults from bouncing around on in a children's bounce area. My children will not be back there. I would really appreciate it if a corporate manager would contact me please because this is not ok at all. Imagine if that were your child. You would probably be just as heated especially when neither woman had the decency to apologize to either one of my girls.
Just had my son's 5th Birthday Party there. The kids had a blast! There was not much for the parents to do, so a little dull for mom's and dad's, but my son and his school friends had a great time running around. The manager was very nice and the party host did fine. My only gripe is that their sound system was broken, so no music in the background, and no announcement that it was time for my son's party. Overall great place to go and get the wiggles out and a good place to have a party- good value on money for a party!
Not super awesome. And can be overwhelming to shy kids.
Not a great place for birthdays. But super cool for small group outings to kill time.
