This place is so friendly, we come in every two weeks and they always greet us and our dog by name! I wish there were more small business in STL like this! If your looking for a friendly environment for you and your dogs, this is the place.

I like that the dogs aren't always kept in cages the entire time when not actively being groomed, but I don't like how long it takes for service. I've gone here a couple of times and had it be 5-7 hours for my dog to be finished. It shouldn't take that long to groom a dog, he practically pulled me out the door and was upset and exhausted. Overbooking is clearly a real problem here. I moved on to try other groomers (this was my first one ever) and realized that these people were really not very good. Sometimes their staff was a little snappish. Their prices are above average. Acceptable quality cuts.

my dog loves this place. he has a bad back and they are gentle with him. highly recommend! everyone is a true dog lover here.
The price I was told over the phone was different from what I was charged. I dropped my dog off at 9am and he wasn't finished until 4pm! He was very nervous while there, peeing twice and requiring several baths, and not letting them cut his nails. They rudely let me know, several times, how difficult he was to work with. We've never had that experience with our previous groomer (nor vet), so I'm chalking it up to a poor bedside manner on their part, at least towards my dog. Also, I specifically asked for his head/ears to be trimmed up and they weren't--ended up having to do that myself at home. I should've saved myself $71 and done it all myself.
Kathy did a beautiful, quick job on him and he looked stunning for the Sheltie picnic! His coat flowed beautifully when he ran!
