The owner, Owner Anas Alshurafa, who was also known as “Sam,” to many has been charged with wire fraud, mail fraud and aggravated identity theft. Multiple vehicles on the carlot was towed away to be investigated by federal agents.
Everything start spiraling down for the lot when a woman tried to purchase a car at the car lot but was turned down for financing then then got a call from a bank saying she defaulted on one. From that point she reached out to police to look into the situation and that’s where information started coming out that more people may have loans in their name and don’t even know.
Pagedale police chief, stated “victims may have piled up because the suspect appeared to be picking people having hard times. So what we are looking for is the unsuspecting people, anybody who has come here and filled out paperwork. We want you to check their credit and see if this place has a loan out in their name.”

Total scam. STAY AWAY!! They sell cars without titles. People drop their cars off here to return to the finance company because they can't pay the ridiculous payments and interest rates this place charges and instead of returning the vehicle to the finance company, they re-sell the car with it still in the former owners name so the new owner is out of luck down the road. RUUUNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
