Buying the car was easy. It was the service after that will keep me away forever. Between an extended bumper to bumper warranty that doesn't cover anything and a service department that gives you advice leaving you stranded on the highway. With a response of "well I don't know what you want me to do about it" from the service manager it's just awful. Multiple messages left with just about every department and still no returned calls. I'm so happy to be rid of that burden of a car so I don't have to deal with them again. I have never felt like more of an inconvenience for asking people to do what they say they will. I am also not the kind of person to leave reviews but 3 months of the run around is too much.
Unless you have an extra 20 grand in your pocket or an 800 credit score buying a car is always a long, arduous process. But if you're like me, fresh out of a bankruptcy living pay check to check its virtually impossible. My husband and I didn't have a car for 2 years. Steve got us a great deal and exactly what we wanted for even less than we could afford! He was so friendly and incredibly helpful down to an affordable insurance plan. We will definitely go back!

Mike was extraordinarily patience. We came in on a late Saturday afternoon and didn't leave until we were satisfied. We purchased a new Grand Caravan that was loaded and everyone involved with excellent to our needs. Also, they closed at 5:00 pm and no one rushed us and we left with our New van detailed and filled with gas, after 7:00 pm. I would definitely recommend South County Dodge to do business with, we have purchased multiple vehicles froths dealer.
