Great experience at Lou Fusz GMC this week. Between Robbie Sherwood and the finance team— they were able to make sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable towards every aspect of our purchase. We were very impressed and will be back to this location when purchasing our next vehicle.

Melanie was very pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to explaining and setting up all of the GM technology. I had a great experience wit Lou Fusz from the greeting at the front door to joking with John Randazzo abut him being fired( funny guy and it was definitely a joke). He helped me with finding the vehicle for me based off of my credit and was very understanding and explained a lot. Calvin was also helpful n the situation seeing as he was the one who financed me. Overall great experience, it was speedy, there weren't any issues that could not be handled appropriately. I would recommend them to others and I would definitely return again if need be
