my son started at absolute martial arts in april and he loves it. he has made lots of friends and really has grown as a kid. ms, ana is the best we love her. highly recommend this place to everyone i know!!!!

I had no idea what to expect from training at a Martial Arts school, when my wife asked me to give it a try. I can honestly say that this is the only type of gym that I have gone to consistently for more than 2-3 months.
I normally hate gyms and I hate working out, but not here. I’m taking Kickboxing and seeing the results, It's not easy but it is definitely worth it!
We love Absolute Martial Arts and we had a great experience there. Ms. Ana is so understanding, respectful and flexible. My daughter gained confidence and she loves physical fitness since she started going here a few months ago.
When you walk through the door not only Ms. Ana but everybody there greets you with a smile and welcoming words. My daughter is so happy there which of course makes me happy. Anybody that wants to try martial arts, this is the place to go.
I started taking the kickboxing classes they are great. It was a little hard at first, got sore in some muscles I didn't know I had. But, I really glad I got started. I have to lost some weight but mainly a ton of stress relief. Hitting bags and pads really blows off some steam. Feeling great!
