I joined Arch City about two months ago and never looked back! Kyle, Ryan, and Louis are great coaches who really take the time to work individually with everyone in the class on their skills and form while keeping the intensity high and the atmosphere fun. Plus, the student rate is unbeatable.
I dropped in while visiting family in St Louis and had a great workout with wonderful people. Coach Rachel patiently explained a couple of things I had never done in my home gym. I will visit again on my next trip to St. Louis.
Arch City CrossFit is great!! Excellent coaches that focus on technique and skill. I love that aspect so I know I'm doing it right and will not injure myself because of bad form. Each class is programmed with a purpose to maximize gains (easily tracked in Wodify). The gym itself is laid out very nice and has top of the line equipment (everything is first class). Everyone associated with Arch City CrossFit is great and super friendly! I encourage any and all to come check it out!!
I really appreciate their attention to detail with emphasis on form and safety. I travel a lot and always search for a local box, this place definitely has my vote when I'm in the St Louis area.
I have been a part of 3 cf gyms prior to arch city and I am incredibly impressed so far. The coaching here is beyond what I have been experienced at other gyms. The equipment is brand new. The programming is well written and they make sure to use every second of the 1 hour class to the fullest. If you're considering switching or joining a cross fit gym I would highly recommend arch city to the most experienced athlete or beginner. Bonus: they have the best rates in stl for an unlimited membership
