I actually enjoyed my time at this gym in the beginning, but I had to cancel due to an injury. I took a letter in, emailed it at least 5 times, and was told each time that I had successfully completed the cancellation process. Then I got sent to collections. So I went through the paperwork process again (mind you, this is over 2 years later), got the collections removed so I thought it was over. Here we are, 5 years out and once a year I get a letter from a lawyers office threatening to sue me because I have bad debt with them. Each time, I call and talk to Tim, and each time he tells me it's a new debt collection company and the last company never really "took care of it". The crazy part is, I was just thinking about rejoining because I miss the workouts...I was in the gym about a month ago to find that prices had tripled and there wasn't any extra room. Then today I have to have another conversation with Tim about why I'm getting threatened to be sued again. Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible. They will never get another dime from me.
Love this gym! Great staff and excellent trainers with a wealth of knowledge. No matter your age or skill level Finney's is the place for you.
We have had 2 kids in classes (1 in BJJ, 1 in MMA), their dad does adult BJJ, and I make use of the gym while the boys are training. We love the family feel of Finney's. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the trainers have been exceptional. Ezra, the bjj instructor, has taught the boys so much. Not just in BJJ, but has given them more confidence in and out of training. His commitment to the sport has definitely rubbed off. The MMA training has been extremely helpful with encouraging discipline for our youngest as well. Highly recommend!

We have tried many gyms. Finney’s is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Never any pressure but always plenty of options when you are ready to try something new.
