Awesome 60 minute workout. Alternates between treadmill and floor work. The workouts always vary, the music is great, and the instructors are very friendly and attentive! I worked out at a lot of gyms around St. Louis and I have to say that this is my favorite by far. And best of all, it's on Class Pass! Try it out.

I found this studio through Class Pass and I am in LOVE!!! Great music, positive atmosphere, variety, and j burn 800-1000 calories per class!
First time in a gym in a few weeks. Joined the class with Heather. She is amazing. Very enthusiastic and encouraging. They were even nice enough to give me a free water considering it was my first time (it's the small things).
