I felt pressured to come in the next day after my first visit, even though I told the therapist I already had plans the following day. I also listened to another therapist talk about and reenact how he killed a deer for about 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. They also charged me for 3 visits and now I cannot get their billing department to call me back about my refund for the two unused appointments.
I went there to get help with a foot injury. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly. They always worked around MY schedule and treated me with the utmost respect. I made sure to complete all exercises given to me when I was in the office and at home. Since then I have made a full recovery.
Staff was very professional and very motivating! Really explained exercises well and took the time to see that I was doing okay! Would go back!
