John is fantastic! He was able to come up with a simple, inexpensive solution for a problem I had with my car and was even helpful in showing me the specific part and model number I needed to buy from Auto Zone so I didn't have any trouble with getting the wrong thing! Great service and super helpful--highly recommend!
