Poor customer service, called @ 6:30PM during dinner, unprofessional, anti-veteran
Their very snobby and act like they don't like their job.
The secretary lady questioned me coming up there to get the HEP shot for my job .. Very rude told me I should have went to a different location ....
Wait time in lobby was not bad. The receptionist told me that there was a person in from of me waiting for a room so I knew it'd be a fair wait. But spending more than an hour in a room waiting for the doctor to come in is pretty outrageous. My total wait time came to an hour and 45 minutes.
Glad I don't come to this place , first time & last time .
