Like Ron, I had a lens pop out and my lens were two months old, but I barely wore them and they still looked new so Andrea exchanged them for me. I know she says, "If it's not on your face then it should be in your case." She would never say in your pocket, clearly that doesn't make sense. I have been here at least eight times, by myself or with my wife. Andrea has fixed a pair of glasses when I lost an arm for free. She is very nice and easy to work with. I am sure if the last guy's glasses weren't exchange then there's more to the story. My old readers gave me headaches so I upgraded to a better quality reader and the headaches are gone. I too am over 65, like that means anything.
She did offer to sell me a new pair for $40 but I didn't understand what type of customer service that was that was no discount in my eyes the fact that the lens popped out and the frames are not broke maybe it was a defective frame and I know that they could get their money back from their supplier and I would've thought she would've just given me a new pair of glasses and let the supplier replace these to keep the customer happy. I guess she doesn't understand that we can buy reading glasses anywhere we don't need to buy them from this place.
I got 5 star service. She knows the product and was able to establish the actual reading strength that I needed, which was not necessarily what I have been buying in a reader lens. I am happy with my purchase and I love the styles there were to choose from. Now I'm going back for another "stylish" pair and to get more 5 star service! Love this store.
I was referred to them by KTRS and their commercial which sounded really good. I went there my first person I dealt with was Andrea she appeared to be very nice and very helpful when I was in the process of buying some glasses. But my experience after I bought the glasses and had some issues her attitude changed completely. I'm 62 years old the only reason I say that is that I'm not a kid and I don't abuse anything that I own but after paying over $50 for a pair of reading glasses I felt that I should be get better service than what I got out of them. Yesterday one of the lenses popped out for whatever reason. I don't know why it would do that, but when I took them back to the store she very matter-of-factly told me that there was nothing they can do about it in fact her exact words were that she tells people if they're not on your face they should be in your pocket in a case, I think that's kind of a dumb statement seeing that these are reading glasses and I need them on my eyes not in my pocket in a case. So I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service that they provided after spending $50 for a pair of glasses.
Good luck if you buy anything there and want any type of customer service.
My experience in selecting my readers was excellent! Andrea was very informative and put me at ease in selecting the readers that fitted the shape of my face and the strength for my vision. I am very satisfied and will return for additional readers in the future.
