Dr. Ewing is a great listener and seems knowledgable, but the overall office is poorly managed and appears to milk the patient for all they are worth. Getting them to switch my prescription to generic was like pulling teeth- clearly the drug companies are helping them more than their patients. Getting a human on the phone will generally take you 2 hours. They claim to open at 9 but their answering service won't even let you leave a message until 9:30, so good luck if you have a job that keeps you away from your cell phone all day. They billed a birth control side effect problem as "routine service" to the insurance company and now I'm going through hell and high water to get it covered, and I can't even get the office on the phone without taking a half day off of work.

I used to like this place. Now I have the hardest time getting someone on the phone. It took them almost 2 months to get my test results after a simple annual. Then trying to get them to convert my meds to generic was a headache. They take forever to return the call to the pharmacist causing me to cancel my appointment. Then wanting to charge me for their mistake. I felt real comfortable with Dr. Ewing, but after having to go through so much I'm leaving & on the search for a new GYN

Nightmarish. Used to be patient of Dr. Dean's years ago at different location, and stopped seeing her due to her extreme waiting periods for appointments (as long as 1.5 hrs)! Thought I'd give her another chance after her move, since this practice is smaller. In 1 word - ghetto! This spot is old and dirty! Beat-up. She is still double, or triple booking appointments.

WORST yet, there is no actual phone contact information. That's right. They want everything handled through a Patient Portal. I never set one up at my 1 and only appt at this location, so I can't even get removed from their robo calls. Avoid at all costs!

I'm done. I've gone here for years and they mess up something every year. This year I ran out of script before my alloted yearly appt. Then when I asked for a generic because my insurance is raising my rates they won't oblige. They say they will but then each time they call it in they call in the same previous drug so I've been without for over a month. They told me I needed to come in for another appt to get the script even though I told them at my last appt in December that I needed a new script. Not everyone has 30 dollars a month for birth control let alone my new rate of 55. If I'm going to have to take time out of work for a new appt and pay for a new appt I am going to go to a new doctor to get a new prescription and hopefully some better service.
